Pos Malaysia International Postcard Delivery 2022
It's been a while since I last sent a postcard.
I've really missed Postcrossing these past 2 years and decided to check the Pos Malaysia website for any updates. I didn't receive any specific emails regarding their international postcard services so I poked around a bit.
At first, I tried to use the customer service chat support on their official website. Nothing came of that so I emailed them. A couple of months passed by after that and I kinda forgot about it until I received an email stating they are closing my inquiry? Which got me a little bit frustrated but at the same time it's very on-brand of them haha.
Then, I tried my luck on social media. I'm not the type to go and spam companies with complaints on their socials as I was once the person behind the screen scrambling to answer all the complaints, negative feedback, and such. It was a long time ago but I still remember the stress of being a social media manager trying to keep everyone happy. ðŸ˜
Anyway, I dropped them a DM on Twitter (since all my friends like to reach out to companies through there). To my surprise, I got an immediate response! If only they could do the same with the email inquiries 😰. Imagine all the elderly people trying to find an answer the only way they know how and never getting an answer.
So, yes.
All international postcard deliveries are back to normal!
We can now send and receive mail with Postcrossing again!
I can't tell you how excited I am about the news. It's been so long!
