#PickyEater Tries Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts

Why didn't I try these sooner?!

It is no secret among my friends and family that I am a picky eater. In fact, some might even go so far as to say I'm not Malaysian because I don't eat and have never tried many of the Malaysian delicacies everyone loves so much.

How bad am I?

For starters, I've never in my life tried nasi lemak.

Yes. Burn me at the stake. I have never tried it, but my family loves it. I'm still hesitant to try it. But I might one day. Slow and steady wins the race. hahaha

A new Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart outlet has just opened at Avenue K. It has been a while and I have seen it on many occasions, but have never tried it for myself.

The smell coming from their shop is amazing let me tell you. It makes my mouth water just by thinking about it.

While I was hanging out with Mariah, I got us a couple of their tarts to try. They had opened a counter near the LRT entrance to Avenue K. They even had a small oven set up so we could have our cheese tarts warm.

I didn't know what to expect. I rarely ever try treats like these and when I saw Mariah take a bite and all that cheese dripped on her hand I couldn't wait.

You can see my lipstick smudge in the picture so please ignore it haha!

I took a small bite of the cheese tart and the crust crumbled in my mouth and the melted cheesy centre was piping hot. I actually burned the centre of my tongue haha. It was totally worth it though. It was rich and actually managed to make me full. All I had was 1 tart!

I totally recommend you to try this if you're into cheesy delights.

The outlet I went to was in Avenue K but you can even find Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts at Mid Valley now!
